350gm Rib Eye steak set on fried potato wedges with pan fried Swiss Brown mushrooms, with garlic and parsley butter.

220gm Eye fillet topped with shellfish, bound in rich seafood mornay, overglazed with hollandaise.

A cylinder of LINDT™ White chocolate mousse served with mango sauce, pistachio’s & chocolate chard

A return visit to this fantastic location was a little disappointing. i was Looking forward to the Fillet Anchorage again however it wasn’t to the standard of my previous visit. the rest of the meal was was fine though. apparently the main chef was on a day off when we visited .. hmmmm!!
