Frijoles Negros: black beans, roasted chilli, tomato & queso

Grilled chicken tamales - orange & honey marinated charcoal chicken, coarse ground masa, corn husk

Tommy’s Margarita - Tromba blanco, agave syrup, lime

Paloma - Tromba blanco tequila, grapefruit juice, lime, salt & soda water

Elote en Vaso

Roasted fresh corn, lime juice, chilli poblano, chilli arbol, cream, queso fresco

Tacos Puerco Pibil

Slow cooked pork marinated in achiote paste made up of ground annatto seeds.
